Role & responsibilities

  1. AMFI Portal Management:

Implement and upload Transaction Execution Reports (TER) on the AMFI portal.

  1. AMC Portal Management:

Upload dividend information accurately and timely on the AMC portal.

  1. Data Preparation and Upload:

Prepare benchmark and return data files for uploading.

Prepare NAV files, ensure matching with the Fund Administrator (FA), and circulate the information.

  1. File Checking and Reconciliation:

Check brokerage commission files for accuracy.

Conduct Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) for brokerage payment banks.

Reconcile IAP ledger for audit purposes.

  1. Regulatory Reporting:

Prepare bank balance data for SEBI offsite reporting.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by preparing scheme masters and checking SEBI data.

  1. Corporate Actions:

Manage corporate actions from NSDL as required.

  1. Brokerage and Sales Support:

Address ARN servicing requests and brokerage-related queries from the sales team.

  1. Management Information Systems (MIS):

Prepare monthly MIS data reports.

  1. Compliance and Accounting:

Assist with scheme master preparation and SEBI data verification.

Conduct general Scheme accounting and reconciliation tasks.
