Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design and development of an Agentic AI platform for the Mortgage Industry. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in AI/ML and LLMOps with strong domain knowledge in financial services, mortgage processes, and regulatory compliance. This role requires defining the multi-agent orchestration framework, integration strategy, and ensuring scalability, security, and reliability of the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect end-to-end Agentic AI ecosystem for mortgage workflows (KYC, credit scoring, risk evaluation, loan origination, compliance checks).

- Design the multi-agent orchestration layer (task delegation, planning, monitoring, feedback loops).

- Define LLMOps/MLOps pipelines for continuous training, testing, and deployment of AI agents.

- Ensure platform scalability, fault tolerance, and secure integration with core banking systems, CRMs, and external APIs (credit bureaus, KYC vendors).

- Select and optimize AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, DSPy, Hugging Face).

- Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure GDPR, CCPA, and financial regulations (FCRA, AML/KYC, Basel III) are adhered to.

- Mentor technical teams and establish best practices for AI agent design and governance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- At least 5 years in AI/ML Solution architecture & proven experience architecting AIpowered enterprise platforms, preferably in financial services/mortgage.

- Strong knowledge of LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases.

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AI/ML, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Hands-on with LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral).

- Expertise in MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and model governance.

- Familiarity with mortgage lifecycle systems (loan origination systems, underwriting platforms, credit risk engines).

- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

- Familiarity with mortgage underwriting, risk modeling, KYC/AML checks.
