Position: Associate Supply Chain Ops

Location: Chennai

Reporting to: Team Lead – Supply Chain Ops

Job Summary:

Associate - Supply Chain Operations will be part of Supply Chain Management team where he/she will be accountable to manage the day-to-day volume received in Workflow Tool (ECM/OT) and process it in SAP application / capture the data in MS Office excel (processed via Macro/RPA) and complete the task within the agreed TAT with set target on accuracy.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for creating Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) in SAP

  • Preparing Payment Certificate (PC) in standard excel template and send for approval

  • Posting Good Receipt Note (GRN) & Goods/Fuel Issue Note (FIN/GIN) in SAP

  • Creating Sales Contract (SC) & Sales Order (SO) in SAP

  • Posting Outbound Delivery (OBD/PGI), Sales Invoice (SI) in SAP

  • Generating Credit & Debit Note in SAP

  • Capturing key data from operational document (handwritten) to the standard excel template

  • Preparing various standard reports and publish it to origin stakeholders

  • Ensuring compliance with the company policies and procedures

  • Supporting continuous improvement & automation initiatives of supply chain processes

Profile Description:

  • Fresh Graduate in B.Sc (CS/IT) / B.Com (CA) / BBA (SCM, Shipping & Logistics) passed out on 2024

  • Should have interest towards developing a career in Supply Chain Management (SCM) & Logistics

  • Excellent computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel (familiarity with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and basic excel formulas) will be an added advantage

  • Should have excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Good communication, interpretation, and comprehension skills, proactive and good in numbers

  • Willingness to work from office in different time zones including night shifts

  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
