Client Consultation & Styling
Engage directly with walk-in and appointment-based clients to understand their design ideas, purpose, and preferences.
Suggest suitable fabrics, textures, and color combinations based on silhouette (e.g., shirts, kurtas, suits, gowns, jackets, kaftans, etc.).
Help clients visualize how fabrics will drape, fall, or pair when stitched.
Offer guidance on coordinating linings, dupattas, and complementary fabrics.
Ensure clients leave with clarity, satisfaction, and confidence in their selections.
Client Relationship & Experience
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value and designer clients.
Maintain client preference records for repeat or custom orders.
Handle international and NRI clientele with professionalism and presentation.
Manage client expectations by balancing creative styling with product availability.
Follow up with clients for upcoming collections, reorders, or special requirements.
Sales Collaboration
Coordinate with the sales and billing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Support in styling-based sales conversion by providing confident and well-informed recommendations.
Work closely with the fabric design team to share client feedback and trend insights.
Trend & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on seasonal trends, silhouettes, and emerging fashion directions.
Maintain a strong understanding of HP Singhs collection — across cottons, silks, viscose, linen, and special weaves.
Share suggestions for new fabric developments based on customer demand.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Diploma in Fashion Design, Styling, or Fashion Communication.
Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion consulting, retail styling, or luxury fabric advisory.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills.
Strong knowledge of drape, silhouette, and fabric suitability.
Good sense of color coordination and garment visualization.
Presentable, confident, and client-centric approach.
Fluency in English and Hindi; additional language skills are a plus.
