Role & responsibilities

1.Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.

2.Prepare and conduct a variety of instructional activities, including demonstrations, discussions, and independent practice.

3.Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning styles and needs of students. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

4.Conduct and participate in workshops, exhibitions, and other events as directed by the central team.

5.Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Science Education, Art Education, or a related field.

  2. Preferred: Degree/Diploma in ATD/BFA/Art & Craft

  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

  4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

5.Passion for teaching and a strong desire to inspire students.

Important Note: Candidates must not be allergic to dust, as woodworking activities may involve minimal sawdust exposure.
