Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and resilient full stack solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.

  • Lead the architecture and implementation of new features and infrastructure components from conception through deployment.
  • Build performant, clean, and reusable code for both front-end and back-end services.
  • Collaborate on the development of the engineering culture, setting coding standards, best practices, and tooling.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand requirements and contribute to feature design.
  • Develop native mobile applications using React Native (Expo) and web applications using React and
  • Design and manage database schemas and write efficient queries using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Deploy and manage applications and infrastructure leveraging AWS services such as EBS and CodeBuild.
  • Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure code quality, testing, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines are maintained.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing codebase for performance and reliability.

Mandatory Tech Stack:


• Frontend: React Native (Expo), React, , Typescript

  • Backend: (Express), Typescript
  • Databases: PostgreSQL (primary), MongoDB (secondary)
  • Cloud/DevOps: AWS (EBS, CodeBuild preferred)
  • Others: Strong Git version control workflow, CI/CD familiarity

Preferred Qualifications:


• Bachelor//'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development
  • Proven track record of delivering production-grade software
  • Strong experience in React Native and ecosystem
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
  • Good understanding of software design patterns and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously

• End-to-end ownership of feature development cycles

  • Implementation of secure and scalable RESTful APIs
  • Building and integrating backend services with frontend components
  • Setup and automation of deployment pipelines on AWS
