Red Road is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Data Engineer
to join our dynamic team dedicated to developing cu ng-edge AI-driven medical coding solutions. As a key member of the AI Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the robust data infrastructure that powers these innovative applications. This role involves designing and implementing complex ETL pipelines that ingest and process vast amounts of healthcare data from diverse sources such as Electronic Health Records (EHRs), claims data, and other medical datasets. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our cloud-based architecture on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is scalable, efficient, and fully compliant with HIPAA regulations. In this high-ownership position, your responsibility es span the full spectrum of data engineering tasks—from initial data modelling to the continuous refinement and maintenance of ETL pipelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists and DevOps Engineers to ensure that our data infrastructure seamlessly supports AI workflows and meets all project requirements. Your expertise in performance monitoring and optimization will be critical for maintaining the integrity and reliability of our data pipelines, as you continuously audit and test these systems to guarantee peak performance and scalability. Furthermore, you will contribute significantly to ensuring data governance and compliance by implementing robust security measures that protect

parent privacy while adhering strictly to healthcare industry regulations such as HIPAA. You'll also support the team in adopting open-source technologies where appropriate, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within Red Road. Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role (healthcare data experience is preferred).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of ETL pipelines, DAG pipelines, and data modelling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Exposure to AI/ML data preparation workflows.
