We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and provide professional support to visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the company, ensuring all interactions are handled with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and professional appearance.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle courier, mail, and delivery management efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Support HR and Admin teams with daily office coordination tasks.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and courteous behavior.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage front desk operations smoothly.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a front office or receptionist role (preferred).
- Fluency in English and local language.

- Positive attitude and pleasant personality.
- Team player with a customer-first approach.
- Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
