Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Network Security Engineer to join our IT security team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network architectures. As a Network Security Engineer, you will work with a range of security technologies and collaborate with various customers to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of critical data and services.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Experience 3+ years Relevant Industry Experience on Cybersecurity products and services.
  • Location Kuwait.
  • Proven experience as a Network Security Engineer in the cyber security industry.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and trainings.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Key Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in network security or IT security roles, with a solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network security monitoring tools.

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with network security tools (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, etc.).
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation.
  • Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, Splunk).
  • Familiarity with security automation and orchestration platforms (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, or Chef).
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.) and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF).
  • Strong understanding of security protocols (e.g., SSL/TLS, IPsec, etc.)

Certifications (Preferred)

  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) OR
  • Checkpoint Certified Security Expert certification is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90, ₹120,000.00 per month
