We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Board Support & Governance: - Coordinate the preparation of board packs for multiple entities on a quarterly basis. - Liaise with internal teams to gather inputs and compile comprehensive board documentation. - Ensure timely delivery of board materials and flag entity-specific issues. - Organize board meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and presenter coordination. - For experienced candidates, attend virtual meetings and assist in drafting board minutes.

  2. KYC & Compliance Support: - Respond to Know Your Customer (KYC) queries and maintain updated KYC documentation. - Complete KYC/UBO/self-certification forms and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders. - Provide director identification details in collaboration with HR.

  3. Corporate Data Management: - Maintain and update the corporate data system for new and existing entities. - Support data clean-up and integration projects in collaboration with other teams.

  4. Regulatory Filings: - Prepare and submit statutory filings and correspondence to relevant corporate registries.

  5. Antitrust Compliance: - Maintain a master list of corporate transactions and gather data from internal teams. - Coordinate with external counsel to obtain and manage antitrust advice. - Participate in regular calls with legal advisors and update internal platforms with relevant documentation.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a Company Secretariat or corporate compliance role.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in IT systems and data management tools.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
