Manual Testing Associate

Job Description
Our team is seeking an Associate to lead testing analysis in Securities Services. You'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, applying your expertise across various Lines of Business.

As an Associate within the Securities Services team, you will provide Senior Business Testing Analysis in a cross-business, cross-functional, project-based environment. You will support transformational global initiatives and contribute to the strategic rollout of automated testing solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with Operations, Product, and Technology groups to enhance testing processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver precise testing estimates during daily scrum calls.
• Document and execute test scenarios using Business Driven Development.
• Utilize test automation tools for efficient end-to-end test execution.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline testing processes.
• Monitor and report testing defects, managing re-testing.
• Deputize for the Test Manager during project calls.
• Validate and present test results for internal sign-off.
• Accelerate testing processes for assigned projects.
• Share insights with team members for validation.
• Contribute to strategic rollout of automated testing solutions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Possess extensive experience in Functional and Regression testing.
• Demonstrate expertise in Agile project delivery methodology.
• Have 7+ years of experience in testing processes.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and personnel efficiently.
• Utilize Microsoft applications proficiently.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Apply working knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Leverage experience with user tools such as Alteryx and QlikView.
• Demonstrate ability to rapidly learn unfamiliar processes.
• Provide insightful and timely solutions to complex issues.
• Contribute actively to program updates and team meetings.
• Highlight redundancies and opportunities in testing processes.
• Present test results clearly for internal sign-off.
