Customer Support Associate, Voice Process

We are hiring Customer Support Associates (Voice Process) for our Hyderabad location. This is a non-sales role in the BPO/ITES industry, primarily handling inbound calls (internal) and providing the L1 support on our Web/Mobile Applications. If you are customer-focused, fluent in Hindhi and a regional language, and passionate about providing excellent service, wed love to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound voice process queries from customers
  • Provide support on using the application
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Follow standard operating procedures, call etiquettes, and company policies
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in Hindhi / Telugu and any other regional language
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Customer service orientation
  • Freshers and experienced candidates (02 years) can apply

Job Location:

Hyderabad (Begumpet)

Warangal (Hanamkonda)

Shift & Work Details:

  • 8 hours per day (including 30 Min Lunch break)
  • 6 days working, weekly off
