Job Description:

  • Coordinating in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Coordinating with internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as required.
  • Coordinating with all aspects of the company's tax planning and compliance activities.
  • Prepare tax returns, including corporate income tax returns and individual income tax returns, TDS, Returns, etc.
  • Reconcile financial data, such as bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data.
  • Maintain financial records and documentation
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Manager.
  • Coordinate with Tax & Finance Consultants and compile data for taxation matters/ IT assessments/ finance consultant.
  • Regularly and timely compliance with terms & conditions of various types of finance obtained from different lenders / Banks. Providing all data, details, and documents from time to time and coordinating the process of due diligence and project audit.
  • Prepare and provide regular MIS on running projects of the organization.
  • Compile, cross-check, and provide data to be presided under Gujarat RERA from time to time.

Qualities Required:

  • Strong expertise in financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, financial analysis).
  • Effective communicator, able to present financial data clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior finance team members and work collaboratively across departments
  • Good knowledge of GST, TDS & other accounting terms.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles.
  • Good knowledge of banking, E-way bills, and other similar work.
  • Ability to keep documents and data well organized.

Educational Qualification:

Graduation from commerce background, Inter CA
