Job brief ● We are looking for an Fresher HR Intern to perform various administrativetasks and support our HR department's daily activities. ● HR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hireinformation, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. If you're interested inkick starting your career in HR and getting a closer look at HR processes in ourorganization, we'd like to meet you. ● Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies andprocedures. Responsibilities ● Update our internal databases with new & existing employee information,including contact details and employment forms ● Check Leave & Attendance of employees ● Will be responsible for screening resumes and application forms. Scheduling andconfirming interviews with candidates & interviewers. ● Post, update and remove job ads from job board & careers page. ● Need to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department'sdaily activities. ● Prepare HR -related reports as needed ● Address employee queries and coordinate with the concerns.Requirements ● Excellent verbal & Written Communication Skill ● Conversant with Word, Excel & Powerpoint ● Basic understanding of full -cycle recruitment ● Good interpersonal & Organizational skills ● Must have good attention to details and dedicated.Benefits ● 5000/ - stipend during the internship period
