As we continue to expand our machining division, we're looking for a skilled and dedicated VMC Operator to join our team at our Budge Budge factory.

Position: VMC Operator

Location: Budge Budge, Kolkata (Factory Unit)

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and G-code/M-code programs
  • Perform tool offset setting, fixture mounting, and alignment checks
  • Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish
  • Carry out routine maintenance and promptly report technical issues
  • Maintain production documentation and quality records

Requirements

  • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Machining Trade
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in VMC operations
  • Knowledge of compressor components or precision machining preferred
  • Proficiency with inspection tools and performing basic quality checks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
