Billing staff

Location: Orkkatteri

• Greet customers and assist them with billing and payment.
• Scan items, ensure correct pricing, and issue receipts or bills.
• Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment modes responsibly.
• Maintain accuracy in daily cash handling and balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
• Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
• Handle customer queries or complaints politely and efficiently.
• Support other store operations when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
• Basic knowledge of computers or billing software.
• Good communication and numerical skills.
• Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹120,000.00 per year
