Role Overview

We're looking for a
Content Writer
to help us create engaging, persuasive, and impactful content for both our clients and our own agency brand. You'll work closely with the founder and marketing team to craft ad copy, website content, social media posts, captions, blogs, and other marketing assets that resonate with audiences and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Ad Copy & Marketing Content

  • Write high-converting ad copy for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Adapt copy to different audience segments and campaign goals.

Website & Landing Pages

  • Develop SEO-friendly website content and landing pages that improve rankings and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to ensure brand consistency.

Social Media Content

  • Write engaging posts and captions for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain content calendars and align messaging with campaign objectives.

Blog & Long-form Content

  • Research and write blogs/articles on e-commerce, digital marketing, and client-specific topics.
  • Optimize content for SEO and readability.

Internal & Client Support

  • Assist with case studies, proposals, pitch decks, and internal marketing material.
  • Ensure all content aligns with client brand voice and agency quality standards.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills (English proficiency required; Hindi is a plus).
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media, branding).
  • Ability to adapt tone/style for different brands and industries.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Bonus: Experience with tools like Grammarly, SurferSEO, Jasper, or Canva.

KPIs for Performance

  • Ad Copy: Achieve benchmark CTRs and conversion rates across campaigns.
  • Content Delivery: Meet deadlines and deliver error-free copy consistently.
  • SEO Content: Improve website rankings and organic traffic for client/agency blogs.
  • Social Media: Drive engagement rates (likes, shares, comments, saves) above industry benchmarks.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all content maintains consistent tone and messaging.
