Banquet Supervisor

Summary:

We are looking for a Banquet Supervisor to oversee banquet operations, ensure smooth event execution, and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise banquet staff during functions.
• Ensure timely setup of banquet halls including seating, décor, and technical arrangements.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth food and beverage service.
• Manage guest relations and handle any service issues.
• Monitor inventory of banquet supplies and report needs.
• Train and motivate staff for service excellence.

Employer Requirements:

• 3 years Experience in banquet or F&B operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
• Flexible to work in shifts and extended hours.
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
