We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with strong experience in AI/ML to design, build, and deploy intelligent applications and machine learning models. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of ML algorithms, hands-on experience with Python frameworks, and the ability to convert business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Python-based AI/ML applications and systems.
  • Design, implement, train, and evaluate machine learning models using frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Build and deploy RESTful APIs for integrating ML models with applications.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and model tuning.
  • Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to implement AI-driven features.
  • Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in production environments.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation of AI/ML solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Python and its scientific libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, model evaluation, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of data handling, ETL workflows, and database integration (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying ML models to cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices for AI/ML applications.
  • Exposure to production-level deployment, ML model monitoring, and performance optimization.
