About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Telecaller Executive to join our real estate consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, coordinating property visits, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for real estate projects.
  • Answer inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about properties.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
  • Schedule site visits and follow up with clients regularly.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with call logs, lead details, and follow-up status.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead conversion.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent communication.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
