Role Description

The ASM-Solar role at Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The individual will be responsible for driving solar sales, building and managing distribution networks, and achieving business targets specific to the solar division. Day-to-day tasks include managing dealer relationships/System integrator/Solar Distributor, training and supporting to SI & Partners, analyzing market trends, and generating new business opportunities to promote solar solutions. The role demands active collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Solar Power solutions, including Solar Systems and the Solar Industry
  • Knowledge of renewable energy, particularly in Solar Energy and Power Generation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proven sales experience within the energy industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
