Role Overview: As the Assembly Manager at the manufacturing facility in Taloja, Navi Mumbai, you will oversee all crane assembly-related operations. Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate and execute the assembly work of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems and equipment within the assembly team. Your expertise and leadership are crucial for timely project completion and maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently plan and coordinate crane assembly execution by managing resources like manpower, materials, spare parts, and equipment. - Provide technical support and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical equipment during assembly and onshore/offshore operations. - Assist in crane installation per project requirements and conduct site surveys for detailed execution plans. - Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with API standards. - Report department performance to management regularly and support the production team as needed. - Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative work culture. - Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures, implement systems in line with corporate guidelines. Qualification Required: - Qualifications: ITI/Diploma/Graduate - Experience: Minimum 10-12 years for ITI holders and 8-10 years for Diploma holders in crane manufacturing or heavy engineering. Working knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical equipment is essential. Additional Details: The successful candidate must demonstrate proficiency in crane assembly and possess a solid understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems and equipment. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving successful crane assembly projects and ensuring high-quality service delivery.,
