Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Fatehpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, processing loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will be expected to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in assessing creditworthiness and processing loan applications.
• Knowledge of financial products, services, and compliance policies.
• Analytical skills to identify business opportunities and market trends.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous experience in the finance industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
