Reports to

Senior Legal Counsel

Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and legal support to the legal team that includes:

Key Accountabilities

Providing administrative and legal support to the legal team

Coordinate with team members, colleagues and outside counsel on various legal issues as may be instructed / as per the requirement of the team

Supports team in executing legal agreements

Supports the review of basic contractual terms

Performs legal research

Formulates and deploys process-related improvements with regards to the provision of legal support services, including drafting and revising template agreements and other legal training materials

Demonstrates the ability to provide assistance in basic legal and procedural areas

Creates and proof-reads documents and presentations

Ensures that files are kept up to date with correspondence and documents

Participates in the legal team's marketing and networking strategies as directed

Performs general administrative duties as may be required by the team

Technical Skills

MS Office (Word / PowerPoint / Excel)

Ready to learn new software / tools
