Inviting applications for the role of Senior Project Manager, Deployment Project Manager

Track\: Digital Technologies – Business Partnership (DT BP)

Responsibilities:

Digital Solution Deployment

•    Lead deployment of digital platforms and services across global, regional, and market teams.

•    Ensure successful implementation and adoption of deployed solutions.
Project Management

•    Manage project delivery with a focus on quality, cost, and time.

•    Use PPM tools for planning and tracking.

•    Coordinate internal and third-party resources during development and implementation.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis

•    Capture business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

•    Analyze business and system impacts of proposed solutions.
Technical Oversight

•    Lead technical architecture assessments.

•    Ensure solutions align with database design, performance needs, and security compliance.
Cross-functional Collaboration

•    Work across Business Partnership, Core Capabilities, and Core Services teams.

•    Facilitate handover to Core Services post-deployment.
Quality Assurance

•    Deliver solutions that are thoroughly tested and documented.

•    Ensure compliance with data security and organizational standards.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

•    Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

•    Project management, application development, and deployment.

•    Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.

•    Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
·    Possess good verbal and written communication skills. 
·    Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical, and highly commercial solutions. 
·    Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefings & demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
·    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
·    Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
·    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and global team collaboration.
