Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hi-Tech City and Pocharam for a Customer Care Specialist. The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing accurate information about our services, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions through various communication channels, documenting and tracking customer interactions, and collaborating with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in customer service, client relations, and complaint resolution
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Detail-oriented and adept at documenting customer interactions effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role within business development services is a plus
