We are looking candidate for IT Helpdesk Consultant (Desktop support) position for our Group company located at Anantapur Dist - AP location Under the KIA India Campus
Job Responsibilities:
Must have AD, DNS, DHCP, M365 knowledge
Video Conference setup & Troubleshooting.
Provide high-end Technical support to Users on Desktop /Laptop/ Mails / Printer issues.
4 Installations Configuration troubleshooting all types of Operating System Windows 7 & 10, Mac OS.
Installation and configuration of various Application Software (MS Office and Other Application Related Issues).
Configuration and Troubleshooting of MS Outlook.
Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
•Resolve networking related issues like Check Local Network Connectivity, File and Folder Sharing
Remote management through Microsoft Teams, WebEx & Remote Desktop to solve Windows and Software issues.
Troubleshooting all problems related to providing technical support to VIP user CEO, Directors, VP, AVP, SM & other senior users.
Ability to resolve common issues on the phone.
Knowledge of Ticketing Tool.
Configure & Troubleshoot Network Printers and printer servers.
