Job Summary

The Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) will play a crucial role in enhancing our mobile test automation processes. With 8 to 12 years of experience the candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on improving efficiency and effectiveness in day shifts. The role does not require travel allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of mobile test automation strategies to enhance testing efficiency.
• Oversee the execution of automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Provide expertise in mobile test automation tools and frameworks to optimize testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing issues promptly.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation to support ongoing testing efforts.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in test automation to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing activities with project goals and timelines.
• Monitor and report on testing progress to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and tools.
• Mentor junior team members to build a strong test automation capability within the team.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices in test automation.
• Support the integration of test automation into the overall software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in mobile test automation tools and frameworks.
