Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations, ensure accurate dispensing, manage inventory, and supervise junior staff. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in handling prescriptions and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and dispense prescriptions accurately
  • Supervise and train junior pharmacists and assistants
  • Monitor inventory and order medications as needed
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
  • Counsel patients on medication usage and side effects

Requirements:

  • B.Pharm / M.Pharm with valid license
  • 3+ years of pharmacy experience
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Knowledge of drug interactions and patient safety
