Makeup trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Makeup Trainer to educate and inspire students in professional makeup artistry. The trainer will be responsible for delivering theory and practical sessions on makeup techniques, product application, and industry standards while ensuring students develop strong professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging theory and hands-on sessions on makeup application, skin preparation, color theory, and face analysis.
• Train students in various makeup styles including bridal, party, fashion, and editorial makeup.
• Demonstrate proper use of makeup tools, brushes, and products.
• Stay updated with latest makeup trends, tools, and techniques in the beauty industry.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and student assessments.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the classroom.
• Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students for skill improvement.
• Support students in developing portfolio-ready looks for career opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Certification in Professional Makeup / Cosmetology / Beauty Therapy.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a makeup artist or trainer.
• Strong practical knowledge of makeup products, skin tones, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and ability to motivate students.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with brands like MAC, Kryolan, Lakmé, or L'Oréal.
• Knowledge of hairstyling and basic beauty techniques.
• Familiarity with current makeup trends and product innovations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
