Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Remote Support Engineer located in Chennai. The Remote Support Engineer will handle technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and provide exceptional customer service. This role involves daily interaction with clients, resolving technical difficulties, and ensuring seamless operational workflows. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining detailed documentation is also an integral part of the role.

Experience: 1-3 Years

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
  • Customer Support and Customer Service expertise for providing excellent client experiences
  • Proficiency in Operating Systems to support a variety of platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with remote tools or technologies is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred
