Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Supervisor for Powder Coating. The Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the powder coating process, ensuring high standards of quality control and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining laboratory and production equipment, conducting quality assurance tests, and monitoring chemical processes. The Supervisor will also be responsible for implementing process improvements and coordinating with other departments to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills
  • Quality Control and Quality Assurance experience
  • Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and Chemistry
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
