Position Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Engineer (Golang) who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications.

The ideal candidate will bring strong backend expertise in Golang along with solid hands-on experience in modern frontend frameworks.

This role requires working across the full stackdesigning robust microservices, building responsive user interfaces, and contributing to event-driven, distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang
  • Architect and build scalable microservices with clean, maintainable code
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with frontend applications
  • Leverage Golang concurrency features (goroutines, channels) for optimized performance
  • Implement event-driven and message-driven architectures using tools such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
  • Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using , , or
  • Ensure smooth frontendbackend integration and optimal application responsiveness
  • Follow UI/UX best practices and collaborate closely with design teams
  • Ensure application performance, reliability, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality features
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices
  • Continuously explore and adopt modern tools, frameworks, and development methodologies

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of professional full-stack development experience
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Golang
  • Strong proficiency in , , or
  • Solid understanding of event-driven and message-driven systems
  • Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and scalable backend systems
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and/or Redis
  • Knowledge of network programming is an added advantage
  • Proficiency with Git and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
