Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Cluster Manager based in Udaipur. The Cluster Manager will oversee and manage the operations and performance of multiple branches to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, leading and motivating teams, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. The role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and the ability to drive growth within the assigned region.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees
  • Experience in sales strategy development, sales operations, and achieving business targets
  • Knowledge of financial services, including credit products, loan management, and compliance with regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities for operational and strategic decision-making
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing business needs
  • Familiarity with financial market trends and industry best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the financial services industry
