Job Title: Data Operator (Accounts Background)

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage sales orders, invoices, and stock records in the system.
  • Maintain accurate accounting data, including purchase and sales entries.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
  • Verify, reconcile, and cross-check data for accuracy.
  • Assist in generating GST reports, tax invoices, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with accounts and sales team for smooth order processing.
  • Maintain digital records and ensure data backups.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com preferred).
  • Strong Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formatting).
  • Knowledge of Tally or basic accounting software.
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage data accurately and work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month
