Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements and optimize financial operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules (FI: GL, AP, AR, AA; CO: Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP system configurations.
- Work on S/4HANA Finance functionalities including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, and Fiori apps.
- Handle end-to-end implementation projects, rollouts, and production support in S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with other functional and technical teams for cross-module integrations (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
- Conduct workshops, user training, and testing (unit, SIT, UAT).
- Prepare documentation for system processes, configurations, and user manuals.
- Provide post-go-live support and enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP FICO with at least 12 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling business processes.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA innovations in finance and controlling.
- Familiar with SAP Activate methodology, Fiori launchpad, and real-time reporting.
- Strong knowledge of integration with MM, SD, PS, and HR modules.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
