Overview

We are seeking a
Generative AI Architect
to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI solutions. The role demands deep expertise in
LLMs, RAG, MLOps, cloud platforms, and scalable AI architecture
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement secure, scalable GenAI solutions using
    LLMs
    (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral).
  • Build
    RAG pipelines
    with LangChain, LlamaIndex, FAISS, Weaviate, ElasticSearch.
  • Lead
    prompt engineering
    and set up evaluation frameworks for accuracy & safety.
  • Develop
    reusable GenAI modules
    (function calling, summarization, document chat, Q&A).
  • Deploy workloads on
    AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and GCP Vertex AI
    .
  • Ensure
    monitoring & observability
    with Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry.
  • Apply
    MLOps best practices
    (CI/CD, model versioning, rollback).
  • Research
    emerging trends
    (multi-agent systems, autonomous agents, fine-tuning).
  • Implement
    data governance & compliance
    (PII masking, audit logs, encryption).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years in
    AI/ML
    , including 2–3 years in
    LLMs / GenAI
    .
  • Strong coding in
    Python
    with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI SDKs.
  • Expertise in
    Vector Databases
    (Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant, Weaviate).
  • Hands-on with
    cloud AI platforms
    – AWS SageMaker/Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI.
  • Experience building
    RAG pipelines & chat-based applications
    .
  • Familiarity with
    agents, orchestration frameworks
    (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
  • Knowledge of
    MLOps stack
    (MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI).
  • Understanding of
    prompt security
    (injection mitigation, hallucination control).
  • Experience in
    LLMOps
    & GenAI evaluation metrics (BERTScore, BLEU, GPTScore).
  • Excellent
    communication & leadership skills
    for architecture discussions and mentoring.
