About the Role:

We're hiring a senior-level AI/ML engineer with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Python. You'll lead the design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of state-of-the-art NLP models tailored for real-world applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and fine-tune LLMs using Python & frameworks like Hugging Face, PyTorch.

  • Design and optimize model pipelines (RAG, LoRA, quantization, etc.).

  • Work with large datasets for training/evaluation.

  • Deploy scalable models on cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in AI/ML with strong NLP focus.

  • Expert in Python, Transformers, PyTorch/TensorFlow.

  • Experience training/fine-tuning large models (LLMs, GPT, T5, etc.).

  • Hands-on with MLOps tools, Docker, Kubernetes.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100, ₹150,000.00 per month
