We're Hiring: Software Engineer (C#) | 5+ Years Experience

Location: PAN India

We're looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer with strong expertise in C# and .NET to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on designing scalable backend systems, architecting complex solutions, and mentoring fellow engineers—all while working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade, n-tier software systems
  • Build accurate, responsive, and scalable APIs leveraging modern cloud and database technologies
  • Lead end-to-end system design and architecture discussions
  • Collaborate with product teams to refine business logic and validation flows
  • Deliver clean, testable code with a strong focus on unit, integration, and performance testing
  • Work within a cross-functional squad to roll out client-facing and internal portal features
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth (non-managerial role)

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
  • Strong understanding of OOP, SOA, microservice architecture, and system design principles
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and ORM tools
  • Knowledge of AWS services (e.g., S3, CloudFront)
  • Solid grasp of XML, JSON, and related data exchange formats
  • Experience delivering secure, stable, and compliant backend solutions
  • Background in financial services is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
