Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President at WorkPathway Solutions, located in Vijayawada. The Vice President will be responsible for providing strategic direction and vision to the company, overseeing operational performance, and ensuring that the company's goals and objectives are met. They will work closely with other executive team members to drive growth, manage key stakeholder relationships, oversee budgets, and provide leadership to ensure high performance from all teams. The Vice President will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
  • Experience in managing budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives
  • Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the industry or relevant domain is a plus
