Job Description:

company is involved in manufacturing and exporting Programmable Coil Winding Machines. These
machines are used in electical industires to manufacturing transformers, electrical motors, magnetic coils, heaters,
power conditioning equipments, automobiles, etc.

We are urgently seeking to fill the position of Marketing Executive and would appreciate your assistance in finding
suitable candidates. Below are the specifics of the role and our requirements for your service:

Job Description for Marketing Executive:

• Develop marketing collaterals such as proposals, quotes, and follow-ups (70% of the role).

• Generate new leads through various platforms.

• Execute email and WhatsApp campaigns, manage Indiamart portal, and analyze Google AdWords.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.

• Coordinate with customers throughout the pre-order process, sales closure, payment, dispatch, and
installation.

• Prepare daily MIS reports for internal review.

• Collaborate with customers and technical teams to ensure successful installation and after-sales support.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English via email and phone.

• Display high motivation, energy, discipline, ambition, and results-oriented attitude.

• Build and maintain professional relationships at all levels.

• Stay informed about competitive analyses and differentiate our company from competitors.

• Maintain customer data and relationships, addressing all client queries and complaints.

Candidate Profile:


• Technical background with a Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics/EC or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience (candidates with less than 2 years of experience should
not apply).

• Experience in sales and marketing of industrial products.

• Capable of managing exhibitions as an exhibitor.


• Proficient in daily email activities.

• Strong communication and computer skills (email, MS Office, internet).

• Efficient in using Teams for internal and customer interactions.

• Ability to work independently with high convincing skills.

• Based in Vadodara.

• Self-starter with a high standard of written English.

• Confident in phone communication.
