Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Agile delivery, sprint planning, milestone tracking
  • AI/Tech Exposure: Conversational AI, CRM systems, customer journey platforms
  • Technical (Legacy) Exposure: Exposure to API (Journeys, Quotation, CRM etc) testing, System Integration (SIT) etc
  • Documentation / Tools: Business Analysis (BRD), JIRA, SQL, Excel and PPT decks
  • Sales Enablement: Understanding of insurance sales processes, especially bancassurance (How technology can help sales teams right from lead generation to customer journey including mandatory documentation, premium payment etc)
  • Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with PCVC, UW, Ops guidelines
  • Stakeholder Management: Cross-functional coordination (working with multiple dept SPOCs for project related expertise, troubleshooting and UAT signoffs etc), executive reporting
  • Data-Driven Execution: KPI tracking, feedback analysis, ROI measurement

Candidate Requirements:

  • Post-Graduation: MBA or Master's in Technology, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Certifications in AI/ML, Agile, or Product Management are a plus
  • Experience: 6-10 years in digital transformation, product management, or AI-led initiatives

  • Functional Exposure:

  • Experience in insurance, BFSI, or enterprise tech environments

  • Exposure to project delivery for business functions such as Product development, New business, UW, Policy servicing etc

  • Exposure to UAT planning, and adoption tracking
