
Junior Sales Professional

Generate, nurture, and close sales opportunities with schools, distributors, and partners.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with school decision-makers.
Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to school stakeholders.
Understand customer requirements, provide tailored solutions, and resolve concerns effectively.
Manage and support partners/distributors to expand reach and maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Travel extensively within the region (two-wheeler required).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of B2B sales experience (mandatory), preferably in school/education sales.
Proven track record in solution/software sales.
Strong understanding of the school sales process and decision-making hierarchy.
Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to win the trust of educators.
Good sales acumen, with strong problem-solving and listening skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Partner/distributor management experience.
Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel frequently.
