Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role located in Begusarai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and delivering compelling sales pitches to promote company products and services. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a customer database, providing exceptional customer service, addressing queries, assisting in resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to provide exceptional assistance to clients and address their needs professionally.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and explain products and services clearly.
• Sales skills with the ability to build relationships, pitch products persuasively, and meet sales targets.
• Capability to train and guide customers or team members in understanding products and processes when necessary.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Prior telesales experience or experience in a related field is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
