Cybersecurity Presales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their cybersecurity requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technical workshops.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and support bid management.
- Design and present security architectures including network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, and data loss prevention.
- Build and maintain technical roadmaps and solution portfolios (e.g., SOC services, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing).
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
- Support integration and automation using scripting (Python, REST APIs).
- Work across geo-dispersed teams and manage sensitive client data securely.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in cybersecurity presales or technical consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Sophos, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Safetica, and Ruckus solutions.
- Strong understanding of network security (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and endpoint protection.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture, SD-WAN, CASB, DLP, and XDR.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in bid/tender management and proposal writing.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or vendor-specific credentials (e.g., Palo Alto PCNSA, Fortinet NSE) are a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or large enterprise clients (BFSI, Manufacturing, Government).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements.
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹450, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
