Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an SBI Life Insurance Adviser based in Harij, allowing for some flexibility to work from home. The Adviser will be responsible for understanding client needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and fostering relationships with new and existing customers. Day-to-day tasks may include consulting and financial planning discussions, selling life insurance policies, providing personalized customer support, and assisting with financial decision-making. The role also involves maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and meeting sales targets in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Insurance and Finance to provide tailored solutions for clients
• Experience in Consulting and Customer Service to guide clients effectively
• Strong Communication skills to build trust and deliver clear, professional guidance
• Proficiency in understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate insurance products
• Ability to work independently within a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in sales or financial services is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
