Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly.
  • Present menu options and help customers make selections.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and prompt service.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, or complaints professionally.

Billing and Cash Handling:

  • Operate POS system for billing and order processing.
  • Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
  • Maintain billing records and issue receipts.
  • Ensure cash counter is balanced at the end of the shift.

Service and Operations:

  • Take and serve orders promptly.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and barista team for order preparation.
  • Ensure correct order delivery to tables or takeaway counters.
  • Maintain cleanliness of service area, tables, and billing counter.

Inventory & Stock Support:

  • Assist in monitoring and reporting low stock items (cups, napkins, etc.).
  • Support daily stock counting when required.

Hygiene and Safety:

  • Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
  • Maintain personal grooming as per company policy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or retail outlet preferred.
  • Basic computer and POS operation knowledge.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Polite, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
