What Will You Drive
As a Franchise Success Manager South Region, you will be the face of CARS24 for our franchise partners. This on-ground role requires extensive travel and direct engagement with franchise owners to ensure smooth operations and consistent growth. You will:
- Drive daily and monthly sales targets across assigned franchise stores.
- Conduct regular visits to franchise outlets to monitor and enhance performance.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with Franchise Owners (FOs).
- Resolve franchise queries with timely and effective solutions.
- Implement strategies to improve business metrics and align franchise goals with CARS24s objectives.

Were seeking a dynamic, street-smart, and versatile individual who thrives in an on-ground environment. Someone who loves problem-solving, building strong relationships, and driving results. The ideal candidate will have:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Tamil & Malayalam (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
- A self-driven and adaptable mindset, open to learning and tackling challenges.
- The ability and willingness to travel extensively across the South Region.
- Prior experience in sales, franchise management, or key account handling (preferred).
