About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Consultant who can guide and support MSME clients in generating leads through both online and offline channels, with a strong focus on offline lead generation and market outreach.
The ideal candidate will play a consultative role — helping MSMEs understand, plan, and execute effective lead generation strategies while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business consultations with MSME clients to understand their lead generation needs and challenges.
- Create and implement customized lead generation strategies (online + offline).
- Visit client locations across Rajasthan to provide on-ground support and consultation.
- Train and guide clients on improving visibility, marketing effectiveness, and customer reach.
- Coordinate with the internal team to align client goals and report progress.
- Develop relationships with local businesses, associations, and networks to expand outreach.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business consulting, or lead generation (MSME experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of offline marketing techniques and customer acquisition strategies.
- Comfortable with travel across Rajasthan.
- Male candidates only (due to frequent travel requirements).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
