Key Responsibilities:

  1. Day-to-Day Financial Operations

  2. Manage daily financial transactions including billing, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.

  3. Monitor and track company expenses and income.

  4. Accounts Management

  5. Maintain and update ledgers, journals, and financial records.

  6. Support accounts payable/receivable functions.

  7. Bank & Payment Handling

  8. Process vendor and employee payments.

  9. Coordinate with banks for transactions and statements.

  10. Documentation & Reporting

  11. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all financial activities.

  12. Prepare periodic financial reports for internal and external audits.

  13. Compliance & Audit Support

  14. Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations.

  15. Assist during internal and statutory audits.

  16. Coordination

  17. Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams for payment and finance-related queries.

  18. Support HR and Admin for payroll coordination and reimbursement processing.

  19. Data Management

  20. Maintain and safeguard financial data in accounting systems and spreadsheets.

  21. Perform data entry and verification to ensure accuracy.

  22. Process Improvement

  23. Identify and suggest improvements in operational processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
